TREATMENT FOR COMPLEXION.
During the hot weather skin soon becomes wrinkled and aged unless a good cooling cream is applied at night. Exposure to the sun and summer heat will spoil the skin unless a soothing cream is used. Cold c:ream is particularly suitable for using on a. hot, parched skin, as its cooling properties are most soothing and its cleansing action makes it ideal for gently removing the dust of the day. It should be applied lavishly and allowed to sink into the skin during the night. Massage is not necessary or suit able if the skin is at all burned. Too much washing is distinctly bad also. Simply cleanse the face with pure cold cream, wiping off with a soft towel any which does not sink into the pores. During the day powder directly on top of this—it will act as a. splendid powder base; and at night, before going to bed, apply a liberal coating of cold cream.
