Animal Welfare Week will bo observed the first week in October. As usual, wo will have a special Animal Page Items for this may be sent in up to Wednesday, September 30. Cash Prize of Fivo Shillings for the best four-column heading, " ANIMAL PAGE." Original stories, poems, sketches, etc., also wanted. Mark cards and Stars for all work published.
