WOMEN IN PYJAMAS.
REBUKE BY ENGLISH VICAR.
LONDON. Sept. 1
"We have no objection to women wearing pyjamas so long as they wear them in the right place—in bed," said, the Rev. Marshall Selwyn, vicar of Holy Trinity, Bournemouth.
"We can perhaps stand them on the beach, but cannot, stand them in the streets of our town. Trousers aro man's prerogative. Some men look cjuito nice in them, but women look unutterably foolish and ugly."
