Miss T. Turner is visiting Wellington
Miss Spence, of Remuera, is staying at Hotel Mon Desir, Takapuna.
Mrs. and Miss Dewhurst, of Ceylon, are staying at the Hotel Cargen.
Mrs. J. H. Mitchell, of Waimate. returned this week, via Auckland, from a visit to the Islands.
Miss F. Couston, of Dunedin, arrived in Auckland this week on her return from a visit to the Islands.
Mrs. L. Ross, /of Wellington, is visit ing Auckland and is the guest of Mrs. C. S. Vernon, One Tree Hill.
Miss Madge Bayley, of Wellington, is visiting Auckland, and is tho guest of Mrs. T. S. Hickey, of Takapuna.
There was a very goOd attendance at a social evening held at Ruatangata under the management of the Ruatangata East Committee. Dance music was provided by Misses Miller, Messrs. E. Morgan and L. Drake.
