AIRMAN MARRIED.

BURMA CRASH RECALLED.

(Received August 9, a.5 p.m.} LONDON, August 8. Mr. James Matthews, the airman who crashed in the Burma jungle with Sir. Eric Hook, while they were attempting to fiy to Australia in July, 1930, was married at Netley Abbey, Hampshire, to Hilda Ann Hallett. The bridegroom is now an aeroplane worker at the Isle of Wight.
