HOCKEY PLAYER HURT.
BLOW ON HEAD FROM STICK. [BT TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANGAREI, Sunday. While playing in a hockey match at Whangarei yesterday afternoon Winstone Johns, of Mangapai, received a blow on the head from a hockey stick, causing concussion. He was removed to the Whangarei Hospital. , His condition it regarded as satisfactory.
