EARTHQUAKE FUND.
Donations to the New Zealand Herald's earthquake fund amounting to over £ll have been received since the fund was closed, and the total to date is £15,210. The whole amount has been paid into the public account. The additional donations comprised £lO 16s 3d from the Otamatea Regatta Club and fcs from G. Cameron, of Mangaplko.
The Hawkc's Bay Earthquake Rcljef Fund total to August 7 is £302,209 7s, says a Press Association message.
