MOTOR-CYCLIST HURT.

COLLISION WITH A TRUCK. SEVERE HEAD INJURIES. Severe injuries to the head, including concussion, were received by a motorcyclist, Mr. James Herbert Bailey, aged 22, as a result of a collision between his machine and a motor-truck at tho intersection of Broadway and Morrow Street, Newmarket, at about eight o'clock yester day morning. Mr. Bailey, who resides at 42, King George Avenue, Mount Eden, was taken to tho Auckland Hospital in the hospital ambulaneo. His condition last evening was serious. The cyclo was not damaged extensively.
