EARTHQUAKE PROBLEMS. CHIEF JUSTICE AS CHAIRMAN. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Monday. Tho Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, announced to-djty that the Adjustment Court in connection with the recent Hawke's Bay earthquake will consist of tho Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, as chairman, and Messrs. H. D. Vickery, public accountant, and H. F. von Ilaast, barrister, both of Wellington. The Adjustment-Court has .been established as a result of the Hawke's"Bay Earthquake Act, which was passed by Parliament at the recent emergency session.
