Messrs. J. McCombs, M.P., and W. T. Young, secretary of the Wellington Woollen Mills Employees' Union, and formerly secretary of the New Zealand Seamen's Federation, will state the case on behalf of the Trades Councils Federation. A representative of the Alliance (f Labour will also appear as well as advocates on behalf of particular unions.
