AUCKLAND ASSOCIATION;• SENIOR GRADE CHAMPIONSHIP. FINAL MATCHES TO-MORROW. The final series of matches in the senior competition of the Auckland Cricket Association will bo concluded to-morrow. Chief interest will centre # in tho game on No. ] wicket between Eden and University. On the firs' day of play "University scored 140 and Eden replied with 103 for one wicket. Eden is practically assured of winning championship honours for the eeason. On the No. 2 wicket Grafton appears to hold a winning position against Ponsonby. The latter made 170 on the first day and Grafion lost ono wicket for 03. In til" other senior section United Suburbs compiled 117 against Parnell, which totalled 115 for threo wickets. Nor'th Shore, at Devonport. made 202 against Y.M.C.A.. which replied with II for two wickets. Lower grade matches will be continued tomorrow. Following aro the teams:— UNIVERSITY.
