"NEVER HAPPY WHEN OUT."
"Accused is never happy out, of prison and says lie wants to go hack there," said Detective-Sergeant Kelly in the Police Court yesterday, when Te Ilaurangi, aged 58, a Muori labourer, pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a hat, valued at £1 10s, from a city office.
