FISHERMAN'S EXPERIENCE.

A 19-year-old fisherman, named George •Albert Ewen, of Encounter Bay, South Australia, on going to inspect his nets early one morning recently, hauled in a net, in which -he discovered a 6ft. shark. He grasped the net to pull it into the boat, when the shark snapped at his hand. E»ven placed his two fingers in the eyes of the shark, which released its hold, and allowed him to •extricato his hand.
