OBSERVANCE OF THE LAW.

With the approach of the shooting season a supplementary Gazette issued this evening draws the attention of sportsmen to important provisions of the Animal Protection and Game Act, and makes a special appeal for the observance of the law relating to sanctuaries for native birds, in order to preserve them for posterity.
