VISCOUNT WILLINGDON.
DEPARTURE FROM CANADA. PREPARATION FOR INDIA. OTTAWA. Dec. 80. Viscount Willingdon, the retiring Gov-ernor-General of Canada, who has been appointed Viceroy of India, will sail with Lady Willingdon for England on January 16, in order to prepare for his important work in the Indian Empire.
