THE PIRATE SHIP.

One. of the most successful functions vet held on board tho Pirate Ship at Milford took place on Wednesday evening, when some hundreds of dancers were present to see the old year out and the new year in. Favours and streamers, balloons and hats, were some of tho novelties distributed among the dancers, and at 12 o'clock tho singing of "Old Lang Syne" announced the last of the bid year. Dancing took place, until a late hour, the Pirate Ship orchestra, playing old and new dance numbers.
