EXTRACTS FROM THE HERALD. The following are extracts from the New Zealand Herald of January. 2, 1881: A letter from the chairman of the South Auckland Cattle Board was read, relating to the time of quarantining imported cattle, and asking for the co-operiition of the board, at a meeting of the North Auckland Cattle Board.
