WRAGGE'S GARDENS.
Wragge's Gardens, Birkenhead, have proved one of the most favoured picnicing spots in Auckland during the summer holidays, the fine display of tropical palms and native bush being especially appreciated. Mr. L. Castleton. who is conducting the resort, h,r> made arrangements for catering for large crowds and his enterprise in popularising the gardens, situated only a few minutes from the city by ferry boat, is deserving of public iiupport.
