many new additions. BOROUGH COUNCIL SERVICES. [CY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Thursday. The past year has seen the completion of several important public and private buildings in Hamilton. Among the most notable additions to tho buildings in tho town are the recently completed Courthouse, tho Central Power Board offices, a new block at the Technical School, now premises for the Bank of New Zealand at Hamilton North, and for Messrs. C. L. limes and Company, Limited, and additions to the Hamilton Hotel. Among the major works undertaken by the Borough Council were the erection of a now reservoir now under construction, the installation of a pumping and filtration plant in connection with the water supply, and the provision of a cutting through Garden Place Hill, in Anglesea Street, to provide an additional outlet from the centre of the town. The undertaking has been carried out as roliof work.
