RIOTING IN INDIA.
POLICE FIRE ON MOB. CALCUTTA, Nov. 14. The police attempted to make arrests after a disturbance at the locomotive workshops of the .East Indian Railway Company, at Jamalour, in tho Bihar province. Thereupon a crowd of Indian workers tried to mob the police, "who opened fire, "Hlling two men and injuring 17 others.
