CONTROL OF PROPERTY. COMPANY TO BE FORMED. (Received November 16, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 15. At the conference of Salvation Army Commissioners it was decided to form a trust company, to bo registered under the British Companies Act, to take over and hold all the real and personal property now controlled by General E. J. Higgins.
