ESSAY COMPETITION.
SUNDAY SCHOOL MEMBERS. An essay competition for Sunday school scholars on tho subject of "The Bible" has recently been conducted by the Auckland Auxiliary of tho British and Foreign Bible Society. Six prizes, three of £2 2s and three of £1 Is are being awarded, and the winning essays will be read at tho annual meeting of the auxiliary to be held iri tho Beresford Street Church this evening.
