MEDICAL BOARD INQUIRY

THE MASSEY WILL CASE. (Received November 12, 10.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 12. The Medical Board of New South Wales, sitting in open court, completed its inquiry to-day into the comment made by Mr. Justice Davidson on Dr. Chisholm Ross when giving judgment in the Massey will case. Dr. Ross was charged with being guilty of infamous conduct in a professional respect in that he made a grossly unreliable report on the mental condition of the late Mr. Gerald Massey. The judgment of the board will he given next week.
