A NEW DELICIOUS DISH.
This is an intriguing potato dish compiled by the chef of ono of tho most famous hotels in Loudon. You hake some large potatoes in their jackets, then take out tho pulp and mix with butter and a littlo cream, also a fair quantity of salt and pepper. Cover these with breadcrumbs and Cheshire cheese, brown under the grill, and serve. You will have a dish not only fit for princes, but one which princes patronise frequently.
