MAKING THE WAIST SUPPLE.
Try these movements for slimming the waist.
For the first, exercise stand with feet slightly apart, and with the arms stretched out at shoulder level. Swing round and over to the left,, pivoting on steady hips and drawing in the abdomen. Touch the floor with the right hand in front of (he left foot. Repeat the movement, to the right, i-uiching the floor in front of the right foot. J")o these swinging movements to the rhythm of a tango.
