FOLLOW THE RULES!
Several " Name Contest " and other competition entries havo been received this week with no marking on tlio envelopo to indicate the contents. Some of these were from senior members who should long since havo learned to remember our "unvarying rule, /mark all envelopos, according to contents. In fairness to other members who faithfully observo the rules, these entries have all been disqualified.,
