OLD FOLKS' BOAST.

RECORD OF GREAT AGES.

Yorkshire has a village where the old folk proudly boast that if their ages were totalled together they would stretch to the days when Adam was a lad! Carlton, is tho place where people live happy and long. It has only 600 inhabitants, but they include sixty oldage pensioners, whoso ages reach well over 3500 years! An inquirer found out recently why the villagers live so long. " Early to bed, early to . rise," is their motto.
