STRIKE PRACTICALLY OVER. NEW SOUTH WALES SHEDS. (Received August 13, 12..50 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 12. Tho shearers' strike in New South Wales has practically ended. Sufficient labour is now available, wherever it is required at award rates.
