WIRE FUSES IN TUNNEL. TROUBLE AT WELLINGTON. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] "WELLINGTON, Monday. A 500-volt line running through the Mount Victoria tramway tunnel fused this morning, filling the tunnel with smoke and stopping the tram traffic for 50 minutes. People were brought into the city by extra buses running on routes over the hill and coping with the traffic with some difficulty.
