STOLEN" LAST OCTOBER, WOMAN'S ARREST AT RACES. v Thieves ,entered the homo of jj r3 . Ovens, of Kon&ington, Sydney, last Octoher, and secured clothing arid other goods to the value of £6O. Among the possessions which sho lost on that occasion was a frock, which Mrs. Owens alleges she saw on' a, woman at the Kensington pony races this month. Mrs Owens noticed the frock, a fawn georgette , gown, and at once informed two detectives, with the result that the wearer was 'arrested, and was later charged wUh the theft.
