WESTERN SPRINGS MEETING. The mid-weekly races conducted by the Manukau Amateur and Auckland Cycle Clubs were held at Western Springs Stadium last evening. Time, 4m 11 2-Ss. Five Laps Professional Handicap.—\>. Mathieson. WOyds, 1; K. Mathieson, GOyds, 2- C Yule, MOyds, 3. A good finish, won by three inches, a wheel separating second and third. Time, 3m 4-1 l-ss.
