OTHER CHARGES WITHDRAWN
V Before Mr. Justice Smith in the f&jpreme Court yesterday, James Anthony Uynch pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Upon this the Crown withdrew two further counts alleging breaking and entering a dwelling arid theft. Prisoner was remanded for sentence until tho close of the criminal tessions.
