Healthy eyes are half the battle to having attractive eyelashes. A daily bath with a weak boracic lotion is helpful A warm bath is better than a cold one, but either is preferable to none. If Nature has not endowed a face with long lashes, no amount of cutting will alter the fact, but every one can keep her lashes in good condition by, in addition to bathing the lids, using a little oil or cream on the roots of the lashos.
