A GOOD GLAZE.
One pint strong brown stock, with one tablespoonful brown gravy or a little meat extract, boiled quickly with the lid off the saucepan, reduced until it presents the appearance of treacle. Use at once with a.': brush, or pour into a jar, and when required stand the jar in boiling water.
