SEA PIE.

Two pounds neck mutton, 21b. apples, suet crust, herbs, lib. onions, seasoning (pepper, salt, sugar), one dessertspoonful mushroom Ketchup. Peel and coro apples and slice them and tho onions. Trim moat into neat chops; lay them in a deep pie-dish, apples and onions on top. Sprinkle with herbs and seasoning. Cover with suet crust and bako one liour. When dono pour gravy out at side, cool and skim off fat, add ketchup, and return to tho pic.
