That it proposes to encage the following undertaking, namely:— To extend the sewers connecting bouses Bituato in tho Waitemata Water Shed adjoining Marua Road and Umerc Crescent. 2. That the Ellcrslie Town Board, being unable to provide the funds , for such works out of its- ordinary revenuo. proposes to raise a Special Loan of not exceeding £I2OO. at the rato of interest not exceeding 5J per cent, per annum. 3.
