SCHOONER FOUNDERS.
ISLAND TRADING VESSEL.
TWO PERSONS INJURED

The auxiliary schooner Manoa foundered 17 miles from Levuka, near Makogai, yesterday. It had a cargo of logs. The crew were rescued. The owner, Mr, MacIndoe, and one mejmber of the crew were injured, and taken to Levuka Hospital.
Tlie Manoa was Iho vessel that look a crowd of Punjabis secretly to Chile, but went ashore at Benga and was seized by the Government later. She was a wellknown trading vessel.
