DEKUH KNOCKS COOK OUT.

George Cook (Australia) met, Arthur Dckuh, a prominent locid Italian heavy woight boxer, at Starlight Park, New York, this evening. Dckuh knocked Cook okat in the eighth round. Cook weighed 13st. 61b. and Dckuh 15st. 91b.
In tho last round after a clinch Cook went down, and said ho had been hit low, and claimed a foul, but tho referee counted him out.
Tho reporters agree with the referco and tho judges that they saw no foul blows delivered.

SMITH LEADS LINDRUM.
SYDNEY. Aug. 13 Iu their billiards match Willio Smith has scored 2050, with breaks of 449, 383 and 646; and Walter Lindrum 1667, with breaks of 398, 351, 412.
