EFFECT OF COAL DISPUTE. FEWER MEN EMPLOYED. (Received August 11. 5.15 p.m.) HOBAHT. Aug. 11. The industrial troubles on the mainland are seriously affecting (ho north coast limestone quarries, which aro employing only one fifth of the normal number of men, ami may he forced to close down. A shortage of coal also threatens a drastic curtailment of the railway 3?!'vicei.
