Tho reply of the Pope to Signor Mussolini's speech denying the sovereignty of tho Roman Catholic Church, in which the Pope said the family and the Church must bo pre-eminent in education, has severely shocked Fascist extremists. Ono newspaper declares that Fascism trains, and will train, for conquest.
