MAN SHOT BY OWN GUN. EXCITEMENT CAUSES DEATH. (Received June 3, .9.55 p.m.) SYDNEY. June H A tragic affair occurred near Moree, 420 miles north of Sydney, while a party of sheep-farmers were shooting wild pigs. Geoffrey Neich, aged 25, became excited when a litter of pigs jumped up close to where he • was standing. He threw a loaded gun at them. The charge exploded and shot him. He died immediately.
