ACCIDENT NOT REPORTED.

TEACHER TO PAY COSTS. [bv telegraph.—own correspondent.] WAIUKU, Thursday. Charged with failing to report a motor accident involving injury co a boy, R. J. Harris, schoolmaster, of Waiuku, appeared before Mr. F. 11. Levien, S.M., in the Waiuku Police Court to-day. It was stated that defendant's car collided with a bicycle ridden by a boy, and that the boy was not thought to be injured at the time. Later, howevor, he showed signs of injury as a result, of the accident. The magistrate said that the case was on the borderline, and ho would not convict Harris, but would order him to pay costs.
