ROYAL SHOW CENTRE.

PERMANENT VENUE OPPOSED.

A motion,, protesting against tho proposal to make Wellington tho permanent centro for the Royal Show was carried unanimously at a meeting of tjio Auckland Metropolitan Jersey Club. , Tho general fooling of members was that it would bo a gravo error, both from a businoss point of view, and also from a sense of justice, to make this great Dominion livestock exhibition a fixture in any centre. Thousands vitally interested in tho dairy industry with farms in tho Auckland Province, would probably never see a Royal Show if it were always held in Wellington.
