SYDNEY HARBOUR .CASE.
APPEAL COURT JUDGMENT.
' (Received December 17, 11.5 p.m.) . SYDNEY. Dec, 17. A collision in Sydney Harbour on October 22, when (he steamers St. Albans and Crown City were seriously damaged, was the subject of litigation, in which tlia owners of the Grown City, the United States Shipping Board, had sued to recover £17,000 damages.
The Chief. Justice, Sir Adrian Knox, held that the St. Albans was at fault, and directed the registrar in the Admiralty Court to ascertain and award damages." An appeal against this judgment to-day came before the Full Court, which upheld it, with costs. Each party is to pay its own-costs of the first trial.
