CAR CATCHES FIRE.
DEATH OF PASSENGER.
INJURIES TO TWO OTHERS
(Received December 16, 8.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 16. Two men, Horace Piko and William Hughes, were hurled from a car near Junee, 287 miles south of Sydney. The car was burned. Mr. Hughes' clothes caught fire as ho lay wouuded on the road. Ho died later in hospital. Mr. Pike is not expected to recover.
A woman companion, Miss Pauline Case, was less seriously injured.
