GERMANY AMD SOUTH AFRIOA.
ADOPTION BY REICHSTAG, 5 Australian and N.Z. Press Association. (Received December IS, 5.5 PJ».) BERLIN, Deo. 14. Tho Reichstag has adopted the trade and shipping agreement with Sodth Africa, which releases the subjects of each country from naval and military service in the other's territory. The treaty will continue for 10 years after its ratification, subject to three months' notice of termination.
