AERO CLUB MACHINES.
METHOD OF ALLOCATION.
INTERESTS OF AUCKLAND.
Among the matters which will be brought before the Hon. T. M. Wilford, Minister of Defence, daring his visit to Auckland between December 23 and January 4, will be the position of the Auckland Aero Club in respect to the allocation' to flying clubs of four of the eight Moth aeroplanes to be imported by the Government. Four of the machines, it has been announced, will be used for training purposes at the Wigram Aerodrome, Christchurch, and the remainder will be loaned to flying clubs. The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health, stated yesterday that the Minister of Defence had promised to take no further action iu the matter until he had visited Auckland and heard local representations.
