Sit,' —Can any information bo Riven 113 to when the Auckland Competitions St>ciety; Incorporated, intends distributing the awards to prize-winners ? On different occasions, when inquiries have betm madfi, the replies have been either of the following:—"ln a week or a fortnight' 3 time," or that somebody was ill and that the executive could not function without a quorum. The competitions were concluded in the first week in September and it is long past the time when the society should have made the distribution If it has no funds to me6i its liabilities, it should say so. Knowledge of the financial position of the last festival would al:;o be welcomed. Interested.
