anniversary services.
The nr.nivcrsltry services of the Otnhuhu Presbyterian Sunday school were held yesterday in the church, Station Road, when there, wvro largo congregations present. Special singing by the children was a feature of tho gatherings. Tho Moderator-Elect of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand, tho Rev. George Budd, preached in tho morning, and the Moderator of the Auckland Presbytery, Hie Rev. T. H. Roseveare, of Papatoetoo, addressed the children in the afternoon. The Rev. D. D. Scott, of Onebunga, preached in the evening. Tho Rev. A. M. Elliffe, who has been appointed to the charge of Otnhuhu, will be inducted in the church on Wednesday evening. Ho will commence his ministry nt Otabuhu nexr Sunday.
