CLICK CLACK CABARET.
Many dancers were present at the Click Clack Cabaret at Newmarket on Saturday evening. Rose-shaded dome lights cast a soft glow on the dancers below, and the latest dance numbers were played by Mr. Clyde Ilowley and his Famous Internationals. In the lounge rooms streamers and roses in shades of pink made a pretty decorative scheme. Among the dancers present were:— Mrs. A. B. Vaughan, who wore a frock of limo beaded georgette with Oriental embossed shawl; Mrs. Barker, figured tissue with shoulder spray; Mrs. Temple, black georgette with rose du barri relief; Mrs. Morrison, beigo ,satin with lacquer red relief; Mrs. Thornton, oau do nil georgette with diamante trimming; Mrs. Simpson, metal lame frock with crystal embroidery; Mrs. Campbell, rose embossed chenille; Mrs. R. Webb, sunsetshaded georgette and diamante trimming; Mrs. C. S. Johnson, cyclamen crepe satin; Mrs. B. Douglas, delphinium blue taffeta; Miss T. Cameron, cornflower blue georgette; Miss S. Marks, cyclamen georgette embossed in Oriental colours; Miss V. Peacock, mist blue taffeta; Miss Meredith, eau de nil crystal beaded georgette and posy; Miss Worsop, black georgette and silver trimming with uneven hem line.
Miss B. Challis wore petal pink satin; Miss Frazer, silver tissue and Rhinestone trimmng; Miss Wilson, jade green taffeta with rose shoulder posy; Miss Richardson, silver tissue and mauve frilled net; Miss Scott, gold tissue with mist blue taffeta; Miss Bewley, black georgette and French embossed lace; Miss B. Alexander, ivory silk tissue; Miss Thomas, tomato chiffon velvet; Miss Masefield, Nile green georgette and diamante trimming; Miss W. Baker, petal Eink crepe do cnino and carnation spray; liss Ilargreaves, lucifer red chenille patterned on white georgette; Miss Kitchens, cyclamen beaded georgette and spray; Miss Oliphant, delft blue taffeta and "black shawl; Miss Pascoe, fuchsia pink georgetto with sequinned trimming; Miss Meyers, old gold tissue frock; Miss Granvillo (Christchurch), river green feorgetto witha coral pink relief; Miss 'ownsond, lotus-rose georgette and gold trimming; Miss Blake, turquoise blue georgette and silver.
